Very interesting... the last line was out of nowhere, it made me read this over and over. Outstanding. You do realize that, mathematically, if you post by the 100 in this series that part three will land on your 900th post, and not your 1000th right? Stretch it out into a four-part. ~Allan Build a man a fire, and he's warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life. |

That's true, Allan.. but you know how fast I post I was planning when I first posted it to post each after 150. I may write a 4th in the series, just because you asked me to Thanks for the replies everyone. --Marie subconsciously, i think i can eat so much to make my stomach hurt, instead of my heart. |

To be honest......I fell in love with this poem. Something about the imagery was amazing. Something about the whole way it was portrayed really hit home with me. This is by far one of my favs. I know a lot of writers who write amazing stuff, but don't connect with me. These images are images that could very well take place in my future.....in anybody's future....and I loved this.....very well done. I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
