How could you?
Jumbled, tumbled
Fear and hurt inside
Deceived in trust
She said what?
Screams well up
Supressed
Bile rises
Hot tear falls
Into a sea of lies
Broken friendship
Lost trust
Deceived

Time flies? Say it not so, time stays we go.

I am there......I wish I had the courage to send this poem to the one person I trusted, helas, I'm to scared to loose him....I wonder, what kind of friendship this is....

Ah, you are in the middle of that horrible time, I think. I was there a few months ago, and honestly, I have gotten a lot better.
I wish the best for you, I know you must be hurting.

I feel for anyone who has been deceived.
Happened to a good friend of mine recently.
But he will bounce back in time,
for truth stands stronger and longer.

Sometimes the wearer of deceit can look the world in the face
and not even realize that they are seen through ...
But, things have a way of going 'round ...
and at some point in time - it will circle back to them.

Your expressions were pained and I hope it gets better for you.

Thanks to everyone who replied. Im gradually getting over the hurt. Never knew a girl to girl friendship could hurt so much... Especially when she knows EVERYTHING about me. She can really distortn the truth. Glad you liked the read. Will be coming back onto netpoets more often now!
