Out of the Meeth of Poets if there are two poets talking and out of the mouth of one poet there should be a word we haven’t heard… we could laugh… O so heartily… for if each poet has a mouth and all mouths are speaking could that be in a bunch of meeth in which words they are a’tweaking?… ‘cause Poets make up new ways of looking at things so why not new ways of saying things that really, really mean more… I thought of a word today… quieify… now think…O I see your cap on… with the little beanie twirler twirlering… remember Seuss quieify… I can emphasize some quietude… and softly pacify… why O why could I not then quieify… then another wordling comes to mind [see I’m birthing words here] but you will chuckle at sunnily … and I know that’s not a real word ’cause my spell checker puts that little red linery under it saying “hello…WRONG” and my friend says: “I cassent write like you so sunnily for I am drearful and mostly donin but I skippedly joyed at this wonderfilled and lost my drearfullness in the laughingness” and we laugh O so heartfully but isn’t sunnily a pretty word? would you not like to have it heard as one sunnily walks on by? can’t you just see a sunnily lit room? And my friend sighs and shakes her head, and says: “So gratefilled am I for all your ponderating I readingly upped this into my formattingness and now I’m hookered to your idiocyritnutiness and you are sunnily in my dictionariall” noddingly I, hailing her cry “she’s got it, she’s got it, better than I!” so know, that I like ponderating too… that pulls in a lot… a little darker I suppose as I ponderates all I got… now and then I do a little stompenplating but then, most of us do…we just don’t know what to call it…. but then again…we do… ‘course everyone knows we can discombobulate a word so very cleaveringly and before we know it, it is dictionaryized… 01.19.01 [This message has been edited by Sunshine (edited 01-19-2001).] |

I mean an elephone Who tried to use the telephone! Dear me! I am not certain quite That even now I've got it right!" hehe.... you're in good company... he's always been a fave of mine... a top word coiner... this poem by you two gets a BRAVO! from me! you want to be a writer, don't know how or when, find a quiet place, use a humble pen-paul simon |

Methinks Martie protestates too much...she indeed added the jocularity without which this would not have becoming realing...LOL...but we ARE seriously going to write one without so much levity....um...or are we?...thank you ALL for the cleavering comments...enjoyeding so muchly! |
