Evidence dried chocolate drizzled down cup’s interior marshmallow melted and mingled through evidenced of this chill autumn morning rests on bedside table echoing the hour then what of those dried drops of crimson flow turned brown streaking His brow? what of the spread out blotches life’s ending flow? then what of His snowy cloths resting upon stone slabs ruts arced across the sand seal broken, stone standing aside in awe, in reverence, crying out for we do not pray thee, what evidence is clear what evidence is dear what evidence will you bring to your heart and carry away in your spirit, forevermore © September 12, 2000 virginia salter |

Thank you both, something tells me you understood this piece. Not everyone does, I think. Of course I did revise from when I first wrote it. |

I enjoyed this Virginia...I loved the symbolism here and thought you did a great job with it! |
