Pools Of Green Some days I think in pools of green Those lovely visions I have seen The ones that sink into your mind The ones that perish in the find. The ones you see inside a dream The ones you want and stay in seem The fantasy of ecstasy That disappears in agony. I think along desires path In gardens grown of aftermath. I walk the shadows with a light To peel away the dark of night. And there I find my treasure chest The pleasures sort within my breast. And fill my mind with cherish find The ones that perish in my mind. Oh God I wish that they could stay And never ever blink away. |

For two very special green reasons, this is being libraried...{~,^} Karilea If I whisper, will you listen?... I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound. KRJ |

I stuck my hand in pool of green And pulled out things I'd never seen! My mother gave my hair a yank And pulled me from the septic tank!! Aw, I'm sorry, Sy. I just get overcome by demons sometimes, you know...? |

Pools of green, reminded me of the morning glory pool in Yellowstone Nat'l Park years ago. It was a crystal clear aqua color that intensified with depth toward the center. So precious are treasured memories as your most enjoyable poem implies. Rae |
