So he loves her although does not confess
To giving her the moon and stars
And all of her wildest fantasies and dreams,
But loves her.
And she
Attached but yet alone thinks
Why?
When the direction of her atttentions
Turn toward others who are lonely
And toward others whos life he could enrich
With his truth and sincerity
Perhaps she, too giving
Never takes time for herself
So she ponders this
In unselfish thought
And again in selfish thought.
Ultimately she chooses the selfish thoughts.
Because something within her loves him too.
Maybe not as equally as stability would have her too,
But loves him nonetheless
And doesn't care to always question
Why
If
When
How
Where
Right or wrong.
And then
Hearing his "I Love You"
She melts
Disdainfully for her present situation,
But melts nonetheless.
Wrong or right matters not
Just existence and the slow burn of his voice
In her world
In the rip she so long ago stitched
With extra strength threads of hiding away.
So
She melts
And her heart freezes
Absently taking her breath
And doing merciless things
While the words swirl around in her like a virus
That she is unable to contain
With the antibiotic of protection and denial.
He is infectiously loose within her
With his words and "I Love You"
And she is a powerless shell of "I Need This"
And "I Need You"
And on the brink somewhere within
She only echos his "I Love You" in silence,
Because his own power seems to cut out her tongue,
And steal her voice.

Red,
Someone I can count on to read my words here! Dear friend. I do cherish you. I am glad you enjoyed this, and the move went well enough.

Sven,
I hope you can feel it. I was going for a great feeling in such a way that I only seem to be able to with words. You also, I can count on to read me here. Thank you.
