A Slide Of Thought I fell through each step along the way catching heat inside my dreams, twisting voices into song. I skinned myself with hollowed wood and screamed for comprehension. I was dismissed with laughter. I was confronted first hand with your doubt. Not a shade of gray could represent, not a slide of thought explain. And I could have placed the words on paper plates and set them on fire to burn, or I could have sung them by the doorway while you slept. Either way they would have traveled, either way they would have felt. But instead I took the denim and followed, I took the beaten white display of you and delved. Skipping anger into forests, thrusting love unto the trees - wishing days would circle hunger accept the danger in it's wings,...and release. |

Hey you!! You deserve the release, my friend. You truly do. This was awesome work!! I love seeing you here. Take care. LW Poetry should surprise by fine excess...it should strike the reader as a wording of his own highest thoughts and appear almost a remembrance. -J.Keats |

Visible Fire The heat was burning Each word I was learning Spoken through flames Touching games Invisible Fire appears Burning bright without fears Pretty colours of heat A sugar flame treat |
