Sighs that Fly

Those sands that fly the winds of sigh
Blow grit and dust into my eyes.
And though I weep to wash the grains
My eyes are red with crying stains.

The stem is nude the holding shape
The flower stays does not escape.
Within my mind in dalliance
Forever reigns her radiance.

It visions through my heart and mind
A garden of the kindest kind
Those memories of the sweetest sweet
Those kisses that my lips repeat.

Yet winds of sighs those blind my eyes
And holds away this lovely prize.
Keeping me out of shelters door
Leaving me naught but pain and thaw.

But I will stay this storm its hour
And wait my loves returning dower.

wipe thou tears ... from thy eyes
love will return ... upon wings of butterflies
winds of change ... will bring forth thy sighs
as two fly as one ... above heavenly skies

"The stem is nude the holding shape

We wish ourselves beautiful,
we cry in the night.
Its not the love you fear ...
its the fall from the height.

Lovely, lovely feel to this one.

not too terribly sure about that last word truly befitting the lovely "loving"ness of this piece
