Golden leaves, Golden days were gone, Yet, My beating heart Is rising, As I walked to this open road, And find golden leaf on the ground, Looking at those leaves, One by one, All were dried, I cried, Because It brought me, The memories I had It Long ago, Golden leaves with the sweet memories, Walking on the open road, with so many memories, On my mind , As the wind blows, All the golden leaves were falling on my head, I looked up at the bright sun, Shining upon my face, Walikg all alone, looking at those golden leaves, Leaves of a antumn, leaves that are falling , And the wind is calling, The sky Is grey, Morning sky so grey, clear skies, All the leaves fallen, Golden leaves.... |

Autumn tis a lovely time for walikg, is that what you do;o}, hope you don't mind my teasing a bit. It's a lovely, vivid poem and trickles down the page like falling leaves in a breezeless day. |

These words just tumble...tumble...tumble so beautifully down like the golden autumn leaves you describe...very effective imagery and phrasing...I really got that circling, tumbling, spinning feeling...that lent itself so well to the ever present tone of sadness. Much thanks for sharing this wonderful experience! Jellybean King |
