DESTINY WHISPERS

I know that tears have stung your eyes…
Many times along your way
Compassions kisses did not taste them…
Flowing rivers of pain ~ without navigation ~
White water’s of emotion unleashed
Beneath the eyes of the universe
That watched helplessly
In the bondage of destiny’s restraints.

Clouds of uncertainty filter sunlight…
Slowly fading the colors of dreams rainbows
That kept the heartbeat of the soul alive.
Every sunset entertains the challenge
Of waltzes with shadows and their kisses
Of broken promises, and an emptiness that
Aches so deeply inside…
Sleep beckons you to dream again…
On satin sheets of promises…
So tender and soothing ~

Winds that dance upon the oceans
And lifted them to the skies as the breath of the
Universe found them reaching in caps of white
Rushing for the shores of redemption…
Blows gracefully through the windows of my soul ~
Kisses the pain away so tenderly ~

And Destiny Whispers….

Your time has come now…
Take my hand and fly with me
Beyond the missing pieces to the puzzles of life
Beyond the uncertainty of truth…
Beyond the shadows of yesterday…
Into embraces of forever ~
Kisses of eternity ~
And love that sails upon the oceans of time
Without fear of the storms that await…

Within winds that dance upon the oceans
And lift them to the skies as the breath of the
Universe find them reaching in caps of white
Rushing for the shores of redemption…
Blowing gracefully through the windows of the soul….

And….destiny whispers…..

Destiny whispers..the thought alone in these two words is so thought provoking. A wonderful poem Martha, I so enjoyed this one. Kate

Oh yes...this is beautiful and oh so true...and I think timing is everything! Best to catch destiny while she whispers, instead of making her have to shout!

Welcome to Passions (I'm always late) but I enjoyed reading your work and look forward to more.

Someone yell when you post a poem will they? Sheesh I almost missed another one! I need a skateboard to keep up with this board. Another wonderful piece Martha, and you know me, destiny whispers and I run! Beautiful poem, absolutely beautiful.
