A purple moon shining tonight in an aquamarine sky a hazy lazy pale moonlight flirting stars blink shyly by Beautiful as the fourth of July a romantic umbrella unfolds sweet as lemon merinque pie twinkling with lilacs and golds Your arms around me as i hold this special moment in time this purple moon i behold flaunting its umbrella sublime A purple moon reflecting our love touching souls with its lavender glove < !signature--> A poem is never finished, only abandoned. - Paul Valery (1871-1945) [This message has been edited by Victoria (edited 01-14-2001).] |
