I walk the ledge of somewhere between the inbetweens learning patience of another kind attempting to balance the rights and wrongs gambling my here and now, for a promise to throw it all away becomes a fatal flaw in the make-up of my soul I want to twine myself through you and curl around the memories of us tendrils wrapping, twisting, smothering until my frustrations crush the very life out of this tender beginning you, my lover on a distant soil walk a narrow precipice too along a razor's edge of too far -too long while you bleed bitter tears alone in the dark where no-one sees and yet, somehow we hang on shrouded by memories of a peace yet to come and the promise of a passioned past to become the history of us A woman has got to love a bad man once or twice in her life to be thankful for a good one. Just remember this hunny: if you feel yourself starting to lose your balance, then reach out and grab hold of me. I won't let you fall! ![]() Suburbia is where the developer bulldozes out the trees, then names the streets after them. - Bill Vaughan |
