It's been one day,
Since you've gone.

The feelings i had,
Have not gone,
But are growing,
Still from the days beyond.

The thoughts I have,
Where of smiles,
and laughs,
But have not gone,
Even though u have.

It's hard to write this,
All out of rhymes,
With a broken heart,
I know I did my part,
But the feelings you had,
Weren't the same as mine,
It was for your ex,
Yes he has won,
And that was your excuse,
And Now Your Gone.

Rick~ I'm thinking it's for the best.........things have a way of working out. You may not understand the why of it right now, but when you find your Forever Love, then it'll all make perfect sense. I hope your heart heals soon.

Sorry about Jessica. I know that if she's meant for you that you two will get back together. That's just the way things work. If you and Jessica don't work out there are plenty or smart chicks that would be with you in a sec. Great Poem!!

Rick,

I feel where you are coming from......I just got out of a relationship a couple weeks ago myself. Don't force it, if its meant to be...it will be. Good luck to you.
