the cold wind blows away my heart, until the light of day. through midnight storm and morning fog I'll walk till I can stay the soul I own will stay with me, until my heart is free. through countless days and nights I walked, yet still no sun to see. the cold wind blew and wailed at me yet still I didn't fall and then I saw the morning dawn upon the sandy shores. where once was darkness now is light because I saw your face and now the sun and the light shines down upon my weary heart. where shackles were now flesh remains and bars did fade away as I was walking down the road I meet a man I knew his heart was torn and soul was tattered cause of what he knew and tears fell down upon my face as I heard his sorrow tale from dawn to dusk he walked with her and then her heart did fail 'twas cold and dark upon his face a darkness locked in place no lock to break no key to use, just me and a mirror with you "There were times in my life when I was going insane tryin to walk through the pain.
