What should I do with this moment,
my respite from missing him?
Because,
for this moment he is here
returned to me within a shadow.
Gone within moments of my realization
that he is not just my dream,
and it's too late to live
the completion of this moment
because it's over
and already a memory.

In the shadows of memories lie the recipes to a tastier future. Hold on to those moments and learn to soak up every new moment with all the elements you can. You can't slow them down sometimes but you sure can find ways to make them fill you up more. Wonderful write my friend. Now let's see you go cook something new up.
