Any Song Will Do it can be rock and roll fill my soul Jazz or blues it fits you any song will do happy or sad I will relate it to you peaceful or wild simple or mild it can be of yesterdays child any song will do even the song of tomorrow should it contain a hint of sorrow I could share if we were to never care any song will do music flows my life on giving song and melody with a little touch of thee any song will do rhapsodies harmonies concertos in D operatic fantasies any song will do give me a little Elvis Crowell or Frankie Laine even a little Patsy if she’ll sing your name listen to some Willie Temptations or Supremes Or bring me to the good new days N’Sync can be serene any song will do whether we will dance or not or lounge in notes of reverie just remember that good music is the key to me any song will do 02.16.01 [This message has been edited by Sunshine (edited 02-16-2001).] |

Sunshine~ This makes me think of so many songs..........the times and places where I heard them.The people that were there and what we were doing........the memories flowed right in tune to this wonderful poem. Truly a great write. This is a keeper in my library!  SEA |

There's a song for every emotion...every smile...and every tear. Attatched to the words are our memories and our dreams...and lately for me...my comfort. Excellent work Karilea..as always a pleasure to read what you weave~ |
