Old memories hover around me today weighted with sorrow and just like the rain they seem to be here for awhile I shift and attempt to find comfort and finally try to adjust to a quiet acceptance of these shadows these tears sliding down each memory painted blending them together until they're a jumbled memory of emotions I try to remind myself I'm so thankful for yesterday for those memories for that love Sweet Sorrow Life is hard. To capture and live a moment is truly living |

Such beautiful sadness, Kellie - embracing time and its 'Sweet Sorrow'....I know how you feel, and you have portrayed it so poignantly! Lary |

adjust to a quiet acceptance of these shadows these tears so hard so very hard to do.... ~Wynter (nicely expressed) "The worst prison would be a closed heart". ...Pope John Paul II |

Rainy days do seem to encourage our memories to come out and keep us company... and you know you had it good when you welcome them, in spite of the inevitable pain. *S* I liked this! |

I think that it's kind of telling that for a lot of people. . . it was gray and rainy today. . . wonderful Dreamkeeper. . . ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

'I shift and attempt to find comfort and finally try to adjust to a quiet acceptance of these shadows these tears sliding down each memory painted blending them together until they're a jumbled memory of emotions' Excellent expression of such heartfelt emotions...I enjoyed this! Great write. sp everytime I close my eyes, I see your face, I taste you on my lips... every night I fantasize that I can feel you on my fingertips... |

Do you recall that wretched quote yes he calling on himself to describe "Rain is the fluid of introspection" Meeting past and places still singing insight mirror I Nothing has changed quite obviously it cannot One and one still make one in denying or acceptance It is real in its very presence still the world still a heart never has become forever "Time is merely change. It neither enslaves nor determines us. It is instead our opportunity for self-definition" |
