I will never Tell you “I love you” hear you say “I don’t”. Ask you to stay Watch you leave. Let you know you hurt me try to hurt you back. Call you and hang up hang up when you call. Look at your picture forget your face. Cry when I’m alone smile when you pass by. make excuses Excuse you. Think you were sincere sincerely miss you Again. Now this is an angsty piece, filled with jaded conflicts of emotion. Yet still, yet still there resides within spine, backbone, firmament, the desire to no longer be used, for whatever reason. However, such resolutions intended towards one can very easily transfer to another, sans conscious thought. That's what I got out of the poem, rather. Alicat |
