Chants Of Life’s Desires

I hear the songs of many different
souls chatting life’s desires,
the beauty I perceive in the echoes
as they are consumed in my
soul, become heart wrenching and
stifling.

Are these chants truly from the hearts
of those chatting them? Do they
perceive there desires tangible enough
to sing to the world their heart
felt emotions. In my quest to find relief
and understanding have I gone
astray to the truth.

Where does the reality of truth lie when
it comes to the matters of the
heart? Is it when a feeling of security
flows into the senses and give
ones soul comfort, is the nurturing
the one for-fills make the
other complete?

I want to give another the love they
need, promise them forever,
no need to search any more for I can
for-fill all their hearts desires,
and they in return my deepest chants
is my dream possible?

My chanting is not of yet for-filled and
I do not dance to the beat of any
drum. I see the songs of love that envelop
me as to far off in a different realm.
Can another soul really make my heart
chant as those that I hear others
sing so freely.

I enjoyed this.  It made me think of "chanting" in an entirely different way.

hey you---you're chanting my mantra here... I have missed much, and this one should not go unnoticed. Loved it.

Especially:I do not dance to the beat of any
drum. I see the songs of love that envelop
me as to far off in a different realm.
Can another soul really make my heart
chant as those that I hear others
sing so freely.

Especially this:
"I do not dance to the beat of any
drum. I see the songs of love that envelop
me as to far off in a different realm.
Can another soul really make my heart
chant as those that I hear others
sing so freely."

Nice write, sister cerenity!
