”WANTING TO KNOW YOU” by Bill Charles ~~~~ A passion I have, but one that you can’t see, you don’t know that I exist, will it ever be? Romantic thoughts I have, but only can I dream, for some things are not, whatever they seem… I know of you, but it is only by sight, hope I’m not staring, else you’ll see my plight… Each day that goes by, caring more and more, will you ever recognize, that it’s you I adore? Might you be single, married, or I don’t know what, it doesn’t matter to me, for you have captured my heart… Give me one sign, but look not and say no, but you don’t say anything, so please let me know… My ears listen for you, and my eyes are aglow, I wonder if my humble self, should just say hello? And perhaps take, this one endearing chance, of one tender word from you, or an affectionate glance… Or should I continue, as I have over time, to steal a glimpse of you, making believe I’m a mime? But my loving thoughts believe, deep down inside, perhaps I should at least try, but I can’t really decide… I ask myself, “How do I say, that you are my adornment”, even with my timid heart being amorous, I am only silent? So please be aware of my fondness, perhaps you’ll never know, for I still can’t find the words to say, which I want to bestow… ~~~~ |

Ariana - Thank you once again for your gracious reply. And I thought I had the right words for that lady, but what happens if she.........? 1slick_lady - well, what I think that I will do is just tell her, but I don't know what to say!! |
