Knight of the realm Dark rider of storms You touch me with your passion With that look in those dark eyes Dark knight of my dreams You haunt my every hour Your words like raindrops On the lake that is my mind Poet knight of fantasies past Your sword the pen you wield so well Igniting my imagination Searing my soul with your visions Knight of the realm Dark rider of storms Poet knight writer of dreams You are all these things to me So slay the dragons of pain in your past Send your demons crashing to the sea Lift me up before you on the wings of love And come lose yourself in me |
