Dream Weaver’s Sky Blue Love Karen Torbiak Jun 2000 Finding herself alone in quiet serenity on this gentle summer’s eve she spreads her blanket and prepares to rest her spirit upon sands still warm from heat of day The gentle lapping of ocean waves breaking on these sands of time soothe away the stress of a day spent living a life of loneliness She feels free to enjoy this moment in time when she alone sits amidst sands sparkling like crystals in the reflection of a harvest moon She gazes at the beauty of the moon as it rests from it’s travels upon the great expanse of gentle rolling ocean A movement catches her eye and moving her head her gaze drifts lazily over the beach to see a silent figure strolling slowly towards her Drawing near gives her a better view of this person who would share her beach on a night of such gentle magic Her sight tells her it is just a man but for some unknown reason her heart begins to pound in time to the music of the lapping waves He has seen her too and as this man unknown to her approaches she struggles to take a deep breath to clear her mind for the encounter ahead He gently lowers himself to the ground so close she can feel the heat radiating from his strong, beautiful body It is obvious that he has just been swimming in the blackness of the ocean beneath this harvest moon The urge for her to lean over and gently lick each droplet of salty water from his chest is almost too much to resist Locking eyes with her there is no need for words as they are both immersed in the wonder of gazing deep into the soul of each other Reaching up his hand he gently traces her cheek with his fingertips followed by her eyelids and finally her lips She in turn must respond to the unusual feelings of quiet ease and acceptance by returning with her own finger exploration of his strong face Opening his arms to her she melts against his hard form as if they had been made to blend together as one Loosing herself to the gentleness of this strong man she lets her body feel in ways she has long held back They reach the pinnacle of their desire with the same sure smoothness of the waves steady lapping at the shore Filled with love and feeling complete serenity she drifts off to sleep nestled in the warm embrace of her lover She awakes to the slow steady lapping of waves upon the beach to discover she is alone With a soft smile she sits up and hugs her knees as she thanks The Dream Weaver for the dream of Shy Blue Love desired Love I leave with you my friend whether it be in your life or of yet the essense of your dreams. Oh, this is really beautiful! What a scene you create!! please send that Dream Weaver my way. I dreamed I ate a 15 pound marshmellow and, when I woke up, my pillow was gone! Really, this is a wonderful creation....I salute you |
