Sent From the Stars Karen Torbiak 2000 The message was sent far into the stars to be received by the furthest galaxy The cry for help came loud and strong as it vibrated from star to star to reach it’s destination It came in the form of prayers on bended knees begging that a miracle could be sent to save It came in song as a cry of help sent into the heavens with a bright hope that something could change It came as poems written from the hearts of those whom had suffered the loss and desperately wanted it found And so she was chosen among all assembled to gather the weapons and use them on this small blue world Thigh high silver boots she wore with a metal on the heels that sent sparks of brilliant whiteness flying with each step she took Her dress flowed long down her back to her ankles and just below the thighs of her boots in front The sleeves were long flowing downwards in beautiful cascades of silver All made of a soft metal that slid along her perfectly as she moved Designed for strength and protection as she moved through space to her final destination Her hair cascaded dark and beautiful down her back with diamonds scattered though out it denoting the high rank she held As she traveled through the stars she gathered the weapons needed for a planet filled with selfishness Each weapon filled with the power of a star itself was clipped to her belt as she traveled forward All would be needed if this battle were to be won and prayers answered She radiates the power gifted to her as she streaks through space leaving a trail lighting the heavens and bringing awe to all who observe her passing She considers her mission and is saddened that these final steps must be taken to ensure the future The planet she travels to is known in the high councils from which she has come The cries of mothers and babies have flooded the meetings where steps have had to be put into place while the very angels wept At last she stands above this planet where hate, anger and pain have so long been the order of things She gathers her weapons again sorrowful that these humans will not learn the lessons so clearly written With her own prayer in her heart she releases each weapon timed differently to enter and circle the atmosphere of Earth As each one lines up in its orbit she checks them to make sure none is forgotten Each one has a color to match its power and these must blend perfectly for the proper affect They are ready! Sparkling in their brilliance as she prepares to detonate this powerful weapon It will be felt by all and drive into each human to the very soul of who they are, making changes forever She hits the button and pays careful attention to the irreversible condition now activated Brilliant colors blend and spread to engulf the whole earth in the most beautiful rainbow of colors ever seen It is done and now we must wait to see if the attack has been successful for mankind All was given in this final attempt to win the battle against hate, anger and pain All the love of the ages was placed in these weapons as a last chance wherever love is dying out Will man continue to destroy these weapons made to defeat the evils that haunt this world??? Will man reject again this great gift sent from the councils of heaven??? The weapons are simple and all can use them to save mankind Tenderness-peach Friendliness-burgundy Cherish-pink Charity-blue Compassion-rose Understanding-green Acceptance-purple Benevolence-silver Kindness-yellow Grace-gold Mercy-white Love I leave with you my friend whether it be in your life or of yet the essense of your dreams.
