Across the sea and land I went on a feeling of love - hell bent To a woman who sold herself by her heart I gave up all for a new fresh start. Sold all my things, gave up my life for the dream and idealology of the "perfect wife" Weeks passed and tempers blew, she was not the icon of love so true, plane home, love gone -now I am that single swan, lesson learnt, heart is blue for commitment I thought I had with you. Time taught me hard, my feelings torn my heart so strong now looks well worn, Never again shall I give so much, on a whim and lust of a females touch. Read this you may and smile not, for lifes tapestry is full of knots, the desperate seek for love goes on, and single men will sing this song, a song of smile, a verse of pain....for my tainted view will always remain. Rich - back again from the other side (of the world) |

Well that's the way love goes sometimes and it just makes one cringe when you have to think about putting up such a big gaurd around the heart.....good story here!! |
