Another Face I can look in the mirror, and see my reflection of one. But somewhere in the shadow, he's always there A haunting beauty casting whispers in the air. He's not of my own creation, I don't even know his name he sings to me in the darkness His voice familiar, the same. Did he come to me in another time Another life that used to be mine. Was he a Knight, and I a Lady in a different place? Or is he someone I know with another face. Were we secret lovers in a forbidden world of pain Does the mystery stir a memory of a mistress never tamed? Is he a legend in my dreams, with a touch I've always known? Am I caught in De'Je'Vu is he a ghost... ...or is he you? |

What a lovely picture you paint of your hidden yearnings! Keep it up. The dog that trots around finds the bone. |
