(It rained today in Southern California...well, sort of...a little drizzle...for a little while...but it smelled so good...and my sweet dog heard it...so there!...PS...we need rain!) Barking at the Rain She heard it first with her ear’s inquisitive she stood at attention thinking something new visited eating perhaps at her cat’s bowl stealing Deli Delight while out on a stroll. Her sound pierced the room in sharp resound she’s just a wee thing not your solid hound she looked through the glass what she saw I can’t say but when I listened like she did the rain was at play. |

Martie~ This is just PERFECT ... I got a new puppy today ! Yes, I'm a softie for the little mutts ! A co-worker got a gift of a 5 month old black and white Cocker Spaniel and couldn't keep it where she lives sooooooooooooooo the little darling came home with me and joins ~Marge's Menagerie~ I've not yet named the sweetie, but the name will be forthcoming before the weekend is over.
