I Loved You With My Essence

I loved you as a rainbow reflecting showers in the spring...
I loved you as a butterfly giving fragrant flowers wing...
I loved you as a redbreast-robin's melody did sing...
I loved you with my essence more than life or anything.

I loved you as a newborn coming forth from mother's womb...
I loved you as a bride when you first looked upon your groom...
I loved you as a loved one who placed flowers on your tomb...
I loved you with my essence more than time itself had room.

I loved you with my essence when I died upon a tree...
I loved you with my essence so today you'll be with me...
I loved you with my essence and your spirit is now free...
I loved you with my essence more than the world could ever be.
