Secret Places If I were falling in love with you and your heart chose to reject me would the waves still wash to shore would the sun still shine thru eternity? Could mountain streams still wash into golden ponds without the love of you and me? Will love still flow and love still grow even thru this pain I know? And will love know how I despise living in a world without loves sweet glow. Truly most of us already know that there is no way we can stop nature's flow. And even more impossible and totally out of our control would be the secret places in which love yearns to grown each time two lovers hearts are secretly set aglow. Jameslee@01-01-01 |

isn't it funny, that the world keeps on turning while the only thing we want is to stop that turning.....and we have to go on with it whether we like it or not....time will ease the pain but only if you are ready to let go.....and hey don't we just step into a brand new year ..so come on my friend...take a deep breathe and smile, don't stop your world....we need your poems inhere. This is such a wonderful yearning beautiful poem! The end? well all I can say is that I agree...love...a simple biological function, that can turn the world upside down, yet, it goes on and on...great stuff James! |

Hi James, WOW, I've read this poem three times and still WOW, no amount of trying to understand the love ride will stop the spin, because when love hits you still spin but in slow motion hearing every beat of the heart, seeing every movement of you loving each other and when this rare ride stops or is lost the ride then becomes despised for the world spins to a different tune, fast off beat, uncaring to what your heart is feeling, and you my dear friend I wish you the slower of the two spins, im keeping this profound beauty not done reading  Love, Cerenity "God doesn't have to be reminded that we exist. I believe when you are falling in love with someone you elevate them in your mind to the most important woman on this earth...and so when they reject you it can touch you very hard unless you bring everything back into perspective...the secret is to fall in love at the right moment...fall in love together...if not pain and heartache will befall you...James |
