O Angel Near

O angel who is guarding near,
please listen to my prayer and hear.
Protect my love, for whom I weep,
and keep her safe, while she may sleep.
In this sickness, my love I avow;
give me the strength, that I will need now,
to conquer my fears of what could be,
for she means so very much to me.

O angel who is guarding near,
please hold her in your arms so dear
and keep her from the things I fear.
Please guide the hands of those who care.
and help them see what may be there.
Give her the strength, that she may need.
Please listen to my prayer I pleed.

O angel that is standing by;
please listen, even though I cry.
Help her heal and return with me,
to our home and her family.
Now one last thing, before I go.
Please give her peace, so she may know,
just how much, we all love her so.

If a dream touches us, it exists to us as anything else that touches us.

Now this one really tugs at the ole heart. Penned beautifully and with much heart and emotion in it. Loved the read very much.
