O Angel Near O angel who is guarding near, please listen to my prayer and hear. Protect my love, for whom I weep, and keep her safe, while she may sleep. In this sickness, my love I avow; give me the strength, that I will need now, to conquer my fears of what could be, for she means so very much to me. O angel who is guarding near, please hold her in your arms so dear and keep her from the things I fear. Please guide the hands of those who care. and help them see what may be there. Give her the strength, that she may need. Please listen to my prayer I pleed. O angel that is standing by; please listen, even though I cry. Help her heal and return with me, to our home and her family. Now one last thing, before I go. Please give her peace, so she may know, just how much, we all love her so. If a dream touches us, it exists to us as anything else that touches us. John |
