Seek and Find

Deep in the recesses, of our soul and mind,
When we look in, "What do we find"?
A yearning an aching of something that's lost,
How can we gain it, and what will it cost?

We search here and there and cannot see,
That what we seek is never free,
The cost is enormous but that's what you pay,
For the emptiness you feel, you can buy this very day.

You must give up all you own and love,
To gain the fullness from God above,
God's love is costly, He comes with a price,
To give you completeness through out your whole life.

The price He ask's is to carry your cross,
To follow Him forever and never get lost,
He will fill your heart with peace from above,
You cannot go back when you accept his love.

We cannot seek after the things of this earth,
They can never compare to God's love and worth,
It's your decision to have the emptiness filled,
To pay the price is God's Holy Will.
