From deepest depths of love's remorse From whence my heart strayed from it's course Within these walls I hang my head Stumbling through visions of dread I feel the heat upon my back I know you're peering through the cracks The cracks upon this broken heart This heart you left all torn apart The love once shared now broken and frayed All but ashes of rot and decay |

Jeffrey, this is indeed a soul-searching piece. Good to see you! "When red-haired girls scamper like roses over the rain-green grass, and the sun drips honey."" Laurie Lee Kathleen |

Jeffrey, Haunting piece my friend. I see you have been digging deep within. Well done. Jenn Poetry should surprise by fine excess...it should strike the reader as a wording of his own highest thoughts and appear almost a remembrance. -J.Keats |
