His stubborn cowboy pride hides his faithful heart with all others swept aside he shows them how to love impart He takes a cowboy ride a carousing, wild, rout his gentleness, none the less implied as he raises poetry's shout His cowboy heart is wide encompassing all that's right his friends stand by him with pride as he holds back the night So Mark no-one is fooled by his tough, cowboy pose we know by passion he is ruled and scented by the rose He moves with cowboy stride he's unsurpassed in valor and no-one can deride the dreams he shares in color I love his cowboy ways his principle and honor I even love his passion plays and the way he writes in color This cowboy spreads his dreams Through a simple sharing heart from Mark Bohannan - in music's streams he color's up the art. Religion is for people frightened about going to hell - Spirituality is for people who have been there. Anon. |

Kethry, I am so honored and yes very touched by this splendid piece. Victoria, If I have shown you, for a minute the view from my perspective then I have done my job. Mark, you know it's true. I can only write what I see and this is nowhere near good enough for you, but the best I good do with the tools I had. Btw.
