Each Time You

Each time you speak to me I hear a heavenly angel sing
And each time you whisper my name I feel a bell ring
If I lost you I would spend my days looking for my heart
For if you left my world, my soul, my being would fall apart
Dreams would mean nothing and my days would be as night
If love were forsaken then I'd live forever without sunlight
I'd stay in the dark hiding myself in the shadows of pain
Never to smile, to laugh, to love, no never to do so again

When you touch my soul I can feel myself about to soar
And each time I breathe you I want just a little bit more
If I lost my anchor I'd drift forever lost on heartaches sea
For if I'm cast adrift I'd never know where or who is me
The sunlight on life's waters would wink at me with glee
But a heart that's broken doesn't want to stay, just to flee
I'd keep the pieces numbered and maybe try to put it back
More likely I'd forget for without a heart, it's pain I'd lack

When you take me on wings of desire to touch the sun
And each time I discover anew that you are the only one
If I lost the ability to feel your touch where I need it to be
I'd lose that part of my soul, that essence that is love to me
If I lost love I'd be seeking the taste of your kisses flame
And my heart, my whole being would never feel the same
I'll try to keep this love burning with passions heated fire
For with your love and touch we can further and higher

Marsha

Cassandra, thank you most kindly, but you are far too kind, and I truly do thank you. (Now if you want talent, just read Circe, sorry I mean SEA, her nickname is Circe   she has real talent honestly.) And I know you would greatly enjoy it too.
Take care

Circe, thank you muchly sweetie, I'm really pleased this one came out. It was one of those restless nights and well you know, if I couldn't drift off so I wrote instead. Well it was either that or start eating a wedge of cheese.
Take care love

Ramses, thank you, and I'm sure you will have someone who writes just for you.
I do appreciate you stopping to read and taking the time to reply, so I'll say thank you again.

Sweet Mushy Marsha with a sister who has my name!  Sweet, sweet write and will have to come back to read it as time permits but wanted to remind you to pick up your equipment -- (pun) --  if you run into trouble locating a angel, these eyes may detect what human eyes cannot!

Gee, nothing wrong with a wedge of cheese; but then you need a cracker, and a Jalpeno, something to wash the pain away, and then another, and another...ahhh, then sleep.

Beautiful write my friend, enjoyed this read.

Kindasorta, and which one of the little 'witches' is it love. No I love them really, and if only I could find their really's I'd be fine. Thank you I do appreciate it, I truly do.

Jimmy, you're right there is nothing wrong with a wedge of cheese, and then it's never just one cracker is it. Anyway to be honest if I'm going to start on the cheese, then it's some fruit cake with it. (I know it sounds discusting but they go excellantly together.) I'm glad you like it love.

Gosh who is this man that has you so smitten? And where in this cold world did you find him??
So beautifully written, I hope he reads all of these works.
I'm happy for you. You know all those things you said you would be without him, that's me
Happy Christmas

Sandra love, he is out there, he's waiting to find you, I know he is. And you will turn a corner one day and wham it'll hit you. Until that day comes it's one step at a time.

Thank you love, and look after yourself, because you deserve it, you truly do.
