Winter’s Majesties

Their
branches,
bare only days
ago, hang low with
crystallized ice; reflecting
sunlight like many tiny jewels.
Ordinary trees stand proud in majestic
beauty; crowned kings, by God, on this winter’s
morn.

Proving that a repeat of past treasures are truly lovelier the second time around....

simply beautiful Ruth...
we got 8 inches here in St.Lou yesterday and today the sun is out and you have perfectly described the magic the sun and snow make together out my window this morn ...
so nice to see your name here ...
hope you are feeling better dear poet ..
take care of you

~Ruth~

I remember this gem and was just as impressed then as I am now reading it again.  Your words and presentation are beautiful!    Have a Merry Christmas with Roger and your family!

Take care,
Melissa
