Loves faded ember Glows with a muted passion, Air that surrounds you Tastes of wrongs forgiven. I look into your eyes And see me, in duplicate; This nobody life Is more than I can take! To stop living the lie, Give me a reason! Once more, before I die, Make me feel like a woman; I beg you Come to me, I love you Make me whole. |

Sometimes the man who makes you feel whole turns out to be only half a man..spoken from recent experience.. ![]() |

Thank you Victoria for reading my poem. This is a different sort of style to my usual effort. I don't like to conform to any rigid style in my work (or life for that matter)....I write from the heart and so what I feel is what you get!!
