I slip though the cracks And most do not see Or do not care What it says about me I get bounced around A couple times Like a “price is right” “Plinko” chip Then I land And see what I have won For all my effort And struggle with the pen A few kindly words From those that I know Who would have read it anyway Had I not put it out to show And I wonder to myself Why I put it here To be passed by In favor of bigger names And I find I really don’t care Though it kinda hurts a little That very take the time To stop and read my dribble Keith W. Mullin Even in the darkest night, someone will be there holding a candle for you. |

Keith~ I know how this feels, I've been here for 10 months now, and I still slip through the cracks too. I'm glad you put this up. -SEA |

Keith, I know it hurts to slip through the cracks. Open is a very fast paced forum. Trust me even the people who've been here for a while slip through the cracks. I have a suggestion for you though, if you think the fast pacedness has something to do with it, I would suggest you try to post in the Pub! That is a bit slower and a bit more snug than here. I would like to remind you also, to read and replies to others as well. When you're out replying, it helps people to recognize you. I'm glad you posted how you feel, and encourage you to hang in there! |

Not this time you wont....wanna see??? I am sorry that I visit you so little....I try my hardest to read and reply to as many as I can. I will make an effort to look for your work and if I miss one please do not take offense to it. It is very faced paced in here and there will be times. Just to let you know....I read alot that I dont reply to just to save time but I will as I said....make a more concentrated effort. So back to the top with ya. |

yep, I can relate to this one Keith...even to the point I had made up my mind to leave...but I'm still here...still reading when I can, but I've been working alot lately and I usually come home tired...plus mea nd Brian are on the verge of splitting up so I don't feel like doing much these days. Hang in there, it gets better...so they tell me. |

Another wonderful poem. This one impressed me. "Forget regret, or life is yours to miss. No other course, no other way... No day but today" ~Broadway Musical RENT~ *Cassandra Roseen* |
