Never Ending Rainbow I can hear his heart Breaking in his voice The pain so clear So strong as he speaks I want to offer him shelter Hide him from agony But I don’t know how I take his hand.. I hold him close My own heart calling to him Wanting to heal the unmasked Emotion of ache he lays out In hope of banishing I try to find the words To offer some kind of solace A meager attempt to chase Away the demons calling His tattered soul home My mind yells at fate Pondering why this gentle And so loving soul must Live with such turmoil No answers come Just the sound of his pain Echoing through my heart I try to make him smile Try to make him laugh Hoping him a moment peace But even through the smile I can sense the pain Knowing his soul is Not feeling the laughter He thanks me saying He’s grateful for my words As I tell him there is no need To offer me thanks I only wish that I could Chase away the storm And give him the beauty Of a never ending rainbow That he so deserves ~~Tara aka rp25 :o) |

this is so sincere and gentle rose, yes..when we love someone this way.. we want to take their pain for them . be their sancutary ... you have captured these emotions perfectly and wrapped them up in an rainbow. wonderful writing from your heart take care jm |

There is such beauty, hope and pain in your words. You are so devoted to him. It's amazing how when you care about and love someone so much their pain can somehow touch you so deeply as if their heart is yours.
