Where Are You Going? Where are you going? Please stay here Sing another lullaby To wash out my fears Or tell a story About your forgotten past Or some of the people That you’ve unmasked Where are you going? I’d like to know The roads blocked off Because of the snow Stay in here where it’s nice and cold Or go out there into the world Comeback crying about your whirl Crying about how you’re just a little girl Where are you going? Maybe you should leave You could stay if you want But my hearts on my sleeve And I’m feeling kind of tired Last night I was really wired Never give me one of those again Too many people became my close friend Where are you going? I don’t know why I care Here’s some money go anywhere Just please get the hell out of here Sweetness only works Until nostalgia fades away That is what I say At least I do on this day |

You can only want them for just so long. Your poem tells of the transition well. |

LenMcC1 This poem told of a transition or instance in someone's life that was kinda traumatic. The feelings express within this write were phrased excellently. Garfield |
