Strains of song float through the air And remind me of you Glimpses from the past Tell of why I love you as I do Flashes of a night of dance Or of holding you as you sleep Of you warm and gentile touch These memories make me weep I long to be with you again To make more memories together To hold you tight in my arms And live with you in love forever This dream of mine keeps me going Thought the pain runs deep As time continues its gentile flowing Love I sew, and love I reap More than I could have ever dreampt Each time I think it could not be more Than what I feel right now I discover something new that I adore My love is all for you Keith Even in the darkest night, someone will be there holding a candle for you. |
