she wishes just this once (though she's wished the wish before...) she could let her heart be free to love forevermore... but what, she wonders, is forever? (who made up that word anyway...) and who will be the one to hear the words aflutter and not be afeared to stay... a world resides in her soul (a nether world-- she welcomes all...) but could he be the one who steps in neon and walks the walls... she wishes just this once (then she'll make the wish not again...) that he will come without thought to run and love can then begin... -dgvarner 10-24-00 [This message has been edited by dgvarner (edited 11-09-2000).] |

BUBBLY ONE..this is me bowing..smiling graciously..trying to slink off behind that curtain now...  thank you my friend.. ye of gracious applause....  SEA..thank you friend poet SUNNY1..yes..still on the lookout BETH..why thank you and i'm glad you liked .. PAULA..glad to have written a fellow poet's heart..i guess we all have the same feelings at one time or another... IRISH..waitin on that 'woohoo' JM..yes..a wish whispered in the wind.. thanks COWBOY MARK.. you dont think he'll run huh..well..maybe one day we'll find out.. hey, its good to be seen back in here and, yes, on that cup of 'JOE'! and the hug was a good little bonus too..
