Do I tell you how my heart feels, how happiness and passion are inside me, then would you believe my faithful yearning? Do I tell you how each street looks so bare until I stand face to face at your door, meet you eye to eye, greet your smile with mine Would you then brush the hair from my face softly with your hands, kiss away the tear from my cheek Don't you know my lips have memorized your kiss, my fingers have traced your naked body, a thousand times, my heart beats in tune to your soul Haven't I told you your voice makes me sigh, your words tremble my skin, your eyes make me weak waiting for your touch, your passion is my desire, You have a way with me like no other writing your name gently across my smile don't you know? Ohhhh, GreenEyes...this is soooo lovely...*sighhhhhh* I especially liked the closing stanza: You have a way with me like no other writing your name gently across my smile don't you know? "Writing your name gently across my smile" just sings to me somehow...beautiful. "A smile is when your inner beauty comes outside." |
