if my world ends
tomorrow
it would be okay
because I knew
a friend like you
you were my hope
when I was dying
and my joy
when I was blind
you held my hand
on the day of death
and helped me see a light
in me
you know all my secrets
you've heard all my lies
and still you love me
to simply call you a friend
could never be enough
sister of my heart
you are more than a friend.
