I---I am A B A B You---u are C D C D OH why---y can't we oh we Be mo---re than ordinary friends Is it that I---I rhyme every other line And you---u like to rhyme at every e---nd? is it that you are more sublime and i just have to rhyme is it that you are simplicity and i am eccentricity oh---h opposites attract it's a scientific if not poetic fact Is it that with you, Poe, you can't get your fill And me i love Benny Hill He is a poet too---o oh why must i compete with you just please don't think of me as a silly poet clown posse But then again Please do---o Look at me i am a clown and my poetry is all for yo---u! |
