Me and my shadow spent the hour fighting |

Me and my shadow spent the hour fighting Hazy disguises from fuzzy mirrored memory's grip cells evoking visions from depths of within -- a darkened shell blurring clarity of sight as tear drops fell in downward fall tumultuous rhapsody weeping to fill up murky grieving well and my reflection came tagging around troubling tearjerker asked in mocking retort, if all was going well, if everything was fine! And I found myself moving back in a natural retreat body unwilling to stay relenting to lose after all, who wishes to fight my shadow? ~ |

Suddy (missed ya) - the last verse just gets me...WOW... And I found myself moving back in a natural retreat body unwilling to stay relenting to lose after all, who wishes to fight my shadow rocks...it rocks... after all, who wishes to fight my shadow a question as a statement - an air of resignation... love it. Sudhir~ Shadow boxing is an aged tradition ... I've been known to retreat a time or two myself. Soooooooooooo good to see you in the light of my morning ! *Hugs* my friend. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

I knew it was going to be a good day today and seeing your name on the blue pages just proved it. What a wonderful concept you have penned for us and I too find myself retreating once in awhile. Great read but I knew it would be coming in to it. |
