Of Fantasy And Love

I watched two lovers sit and stare
Their eyes spoke secrets through the air.
Their minds sent signaled subtle pendings
Desires, dreams and mixed up endings.

These readings were so plain to see
I've done the same my love and me.
We spoke with gestures in our eyes
And silent words of heaves and sighs.

We've sent loves sensing through a rush
Naughty thoughts that left a blush.
Flowers through the touch of hands
And smiles that said we understand.

We shared two thoughts as if as one
Was sure a new world had begun.
But lovers live in fantasy
Employ a different embassy.

They glow a world of different bright
A separate world of stars at night.

Isn't it simply wonderful when everything can be said without saying a word?
The eyes and sighs say it all,
they always have.

This flows beautifully and it speaks volumns, Sy.
Love it.

It's been a long, long time since I've seen those kinds of gestures, but you write about them beautifully

Once, long ago, I felt this same thing you describe. I often wonder what has happened to it. Powerful and beautiful writing as always.

Sy, remind me to thank those members who see I've not had a chance to read your piece and bring them back up to the top for another go-'round...

I so do NOT like missing you...

and this was great!

...Sy...
This is wonderful, as all of your work is!! The world of lovers is so exclusive, and it always makes one wish to be a part of it. If there was only enough love to go around!!

Coco, Aimster, Sunshine, Temptress, Sunny1, Whisper, Ethome and Paula. The poetry slips to the back pages so fast I didn't get a chance to read all your wonderful comments.
Forgive me and please except my thanks now.
Love you all Sy
