My tears squirt blue my mistress chews my butt and I can't write a thing But, I do love tragic romantic farewells like Shakespeare brings I must write my epitaph before I fade away I have roared with wit at one time ----and now must lay down and die, but first my friend, I must use my last ounce of strength And squirt you in the eye! Hehe... Remember the old "fountain pen's"? We used to have refill cartridges for them... (I'm not old enough for the "real" inkwell stuff.... |

Did I miss something!? If I did, then that would explain why everyone is saying 'cute poem', and such; but this, if no humour is intended, is a very sad thing. I truly hope that you find your writing strength once again, or, if not, some other means to express yourself... |

ok will adress both sentiments....it is sad and well written if it is a goodbye, it is humorous and well written if it is about an ink pen running dry...either way, you have added something positive to this forum so I am hoping it is not a goodbye (hugs) |

OMG, Teresa - you have outdone yourself, my friend - this is TOO funny! I, too, chew on my pen's 'butts'...and I buy them by the 10-pack, because they "live" such short "lives"...I think it goes something like - one poem, two poem, three poem, epitaph...and then they "bite the dust," LOL! So, before my current pen breathes its last, let me squirt you in the other eye...ROFLMAO! Troy Beautiful, Thought-Provoking Poetry http://www.h-systems.net/p1.htm |

If you put that pen in your pocket and then do a wash with said pen in pocket, you will find lots of blue clothes, I promise. |

Wonderful people and all your comments and some of you with concerns. This is the mighty pen ---meant only in humor. Thanks everyone. OH Troy, my friend - since your pen got me back in the other eye. My other friends call me "spot" |

It's quite amazing how we pass the time trying to break through that writers block. Great way to express the trial. Thanx for sharing. |

NetSwan~ Great big *giggles* coming from this corner ! Sort of the 'Rorschach' of writers block. Loved it. ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

Say it ain't so netswan, maybe you use a computer or typewriter instead of a fountain pen, I hate those things. We used to have to use them in school and I would come with my hands blue like a smurf. I am glad that you are dealing with writers block in a tongue and cheek way. Really enjoyed this one. ------------------------ "Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too? " Douglas Adams. Small Black Flowers That Grow In The Sky "You have your very own number They dress your cage in its nature Once you roared now you just grunt lame Pace around pathetic pound games Wanna get out won't miss you sensaround To carry your own dead to swing your tyre tricks Wanna get out here you're bred dead quick For the outside, The small black flowers that grow in the sky They drag sticks along your walls Harvest your ovaries dead mothers crawl Here comes warden, Christ, temple, elder Environment not yours you see through it all Wanna get out won't miss you sensaround To carry your own dead to swing your tyre tricks Wanna get out here you're bred dead quick For the outside, The small black flowers that grow in the sky Here chewing your tail is joy" Richey Edwards |

tragedies i love em you should try pilot pens they are so smooth my personal favorie is the G-2 .07 mm but there are the p-500 and p-700 series as well as the v5's and the v7's I will use on occasion all fine pens and you can refill the g-2's o the poets pen is his sword! |
