Thank You for Loving me (when no one else would) *For John* I guess that now it's over You'll move on, happy as ever Who am I to stop you? I have forgiven all you've said To hurt me As I hope you've forgiven The same actions I took against you... You meant a lot to me during our time together I will always have a special place In my heart, in my soul A soft spot reserved just for you While the rest of me turns to stone And while I no longer will allow myself to feel I will always feel for you... And when you find that you are in the dark That no one can understand you Or that you just can't understand yourself You will always have someone to turn to... ME.... You meant the world to me You made this desolate soul of mine Extravagant.... filled with emotion Filled with happieness Filled with compassion.... You have given me more Than those have ever done before. I will not look back on us As a mistake But as an experience I've always wanted And thankfully got to acheive. I will not look back on us As an unfortunate mishap But as a glorious time in my life The one chance I had to be happy. And if, for any strange reason You find you still love me... I will be here... And I will welcome you back Gladly But if still you discover that I am not what you want I will still be here Ready to be your friend When you need me the most Ready to understand you When no one else does All I ask Is that you don't forget me And you will look back on us Fondly.... beautiful thoughts and you show maturity and courage in your parting.....its difficult to let go of something but if there is no other way good friendship will always be there o hold dearly and you unselfish nature is too good...but still there's some hope..go for it..until you realise it's impossible..then carry on with your life.
