Jaidyn 1~ A face appeared before me from my newspaper today A little boy just smiling Who could have taken him away Everyone is wondering What could have been his fate It's a bizarre situation We try not to speculate Were you taken from a home And walked through the open gate Or was it more sininster Your ever puzzling fate A little boy so small Unable to defend We will keep wondering Until the very end Everyone is praying You'll be found alive We hope until then Your family can survive So little baby Jaidyn We'll pray for you at night We'll pray that you or your soul Will reach that never ending light ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jaidyn 2~ Little boy lost you've been found With your wings you're heavenly bound You've got your wings to touch the sky Still we're all left wondering why Why this happened to such a small boy With the look of happiness, smiling with joy Well now you're in gods loving care He and his angels in heaven will look after you there In memory of Jaidyn a little boy who did no harm and could not defend and who was taken at such a young age by poeple unknown. Jeffrey~ You are so right as they discovered in the trial that he had old bruising, so he was obviously being abused way before he was murdered and thrown into the nearbye dam wrapped in a blanket and weighed down by a piece of steel along with a few belongings such as his bottle and some clothing. thanks for taking the time to read it. Oh, Tracie~ This tears at my heart too. May God send the Angel Jaidyn to watch over another child who may be abused. I'm so sorry for the loss of this child. God how much it hurts. The stories need to be told so that we can all be reminded to watch for the signs and do something about it before it's too late. PoetdeVine~ This was an aweful tragedy like every other involving a child, this really saddened me though because it was so close to home. I live in the country and this happened in a town not far from me. Thanks for reading. Tracie, I remember reading about Jaidyn in the papers and seeing his face on the news, I remember the tears that I could not stop. Such a tragedy. Loved your poem! What comes from the heart goes to the heart. Samuel Coleridge |

Tracie~ Dark Angel~ My dear aussie girl  Thanks for your reply, it was a terrible thing you would have remembered reading also about the others involved the ones that through the pigs head outside the window the same night Jaidyn disappeared. So many things happened that night that what hope did the police, jury and judge have of ever knowing who murdered little Jaidyn.
