Received the message you left
The voice I wanted to hear
Hanging on every word
Excited to see you tonight

Not going to be here much longer
Got out early
Wanting to know where I am
Hoping I'll go out for a drink

Message was left an hour ago
Cant call you
Got your number
But you live with him

Friends call
They want to go out
No longer in the mood
Just going to stay home

Maybe I'll see you tonight
In my sleep
You are always in my dreams
There we are together

svt,

"Message was left an hour ago

Got your number
But you live with him"

This poem is tight with emotional pain.

Whoa....this one is jam packed with emotional pain. Very well written.

Love and hugs,
Lizzie
