Far Beyond Always ~*Marge Tindal*~ Take my hand gently put your arms around me too Hold me in your arms the way you used to do Whispering words of love softly touch my ear Tell me that you love me while holding me near With just one show of affection you hold my heart suspended The joy and love we've known will never be ended Entreat me not to leave you by holding me close For all the joy you bring I simply love you the most All the dreams of yesterday are ours today Hold me close tomorrow far beyond always ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |

This is wonderful, Marge!! The love you describe sounds truly amazing and lovely. I wish I get to experience it someday! Hey, I wish I could reply your other poem but I have to go do fire duty (watch the fire and make sure it doesn't go out or catch something alight). Love ya, Marge! Seymour~ Would be my pleasure, my friend. Thank you. Melissa~ Thank you for always being there ! Devina~ We do like that *LOVE* thang, huh ? Lil' Lizzie~ Oh, you will experience it many time in your life, if you're fortunate, my dear. *Whoa on the fire duty ... Today I was called at work by my daughter who heard on TV of a breaking news story of a fire on the road where I live. I checked with the local fire department and found that the fire was less than 1/2 mile from my home. I came home to prepare to evacuate my home and take my animals to shelter. Fortunately, the wind was blowing away from my property ... but I'm on alert if it should change. There are helicopters overhead dropping water and planes dropping fire retardant on the fire. They say it is 'contained' ... but I am being cautious. Florida is VERY DRY right now and the fires spread so quickly with the high winds. One can't be too careful. I so admire the efforts of the brave firefighters protecting me. Say a prayer for them and for us to get some badly-needed rain. Love you~ Sunshine~ Thanks, gal.
